Get to know your Registered Dietitian:

Hi! I’m Christina and I’m a Registered Dietitian. I’m a lifelong New Jersey resident and know every exit on the Parkway to prove it. I graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ with my Bachelors and Masters degree. I completed my internship there as well. I spent years working alongside chefs in a culinary school, so I naturally gravitate toward the kitchen.

I love early mornings, dining out, refurbishing old furniture, and getting outdoors as much as possible. I’m a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and I’ll never say no to an outdoor festival invite. Sustainability, the environment, and animals are causes that are dear to my heart. My friends would say I’m down to earth, compassionate and kind-hearted. You can usually find me hanging out with my longtime partner Brendan and my beloved rescue dogs, Faye and Kai.

I have made it my mission to educate, inspire, and empower you to make decisions that lead to a healthier, fuller life!

My approach is non-restrictive, which means I focus on incorporating healthy choices into your diet rather than cutting out food groups or massively reducing calorie intake. My philosophy is everything in moderation with an emphasis on whole foods to fuel your body.

I am passionate about teaching others that a healthy lifestyle is not only achievable, but also delicious! The kitchen is where you will find me combining my nutrition education with my passion for food. I practice and promote a balanced approach to health and wellness through integrating self-care, regular movement, and eating a variety of foods that both nourish and satisfy.

What works best for you may not work for someone else. Which is why I focus on meeting you right where you are without judgment. Together, we will incorporate small goals into your daily habits that will lead to huge victories over time.

Nutrition should be easy. To create a sustainable, enjoyable diet, it is crucial that no food is off-limits. By working together one-on-one, you will find that health and wellness is not only possible, but much easier than you ever thought.
